Amari has played football since the age of five. He played one year of flag football and immediately knew he wanted to play tackle. Amari has played across Loudoun County with AYFL, DEFA, D1 Spartans, and DYS Thunder. At the age of six, his tiny mites team went on to be Virginia state champions. Each year his tenacity and love for the game grew. He ended his youth football career being named 2021 Youth Player of the Year in the 155lb division by the Northern Virginia Football Hall of Fame. Amari has played on the Varsity team since his freshman year and has been a two year starter.

Amari also loves basketball and has played from age six to tenth grade. Though he loves the court, his heart is on the field. He hopes to play at the next level in college with an ultimate goal of one day playing in the NFL.

Outside of football he enjoys singing, gaming, Anime, and anything cars related. Football has taught him about hardwork, discipline, respect and dedication. As an only child it has also brought him a lifetime brotherhood.
