Damien Conwell is an energetic young athlete entering his first season of tackle football with Broad Run. He began his journey in the sport at just six years old, playing flag football before returning to the game around age ten. Most recently, he competed in Ultimate Flag Football with AYFL, where he built his discipline, skills, and love for competition. Now stepping into the offensive and defensive line roles, Damien is eager to embrace new challenges and grow as both a player and a teammate.

A lifelong Minnesota Vikings fan, Damien enjoys watching football as much as playing it and values the teamwork and brotherhood the sport brings. Off the field, he stays active riding bikes with friends, playing video games, and spending time with his dog, Kimbo. With his drive to improve his strength, conditioning, and football knowledge, Damien is focused on becoming a leader for the Spartans while keeping his long-term goal of playing at the collegiate level in sight.
